MRE Menu # 12: Veggie burger in BBQ sauce, this menu was surprisingly not much food. Two slices of bread for the veggie burgers, chocolate, banana nut muffins and blueberries! MRE is usually something other than food or snacks. Not hot drinks do not. Only a lemon-lime mix and a lemon-flavored iced tea mix. Overall, the menu is ok. The hamburger is edible, but I prefer the burgers on a slice of bread instead of two. The bread is really dense and dry and you can almosta drink to choke down. A slice of bread is tolerable. Cranberries take time getting used to, but they are good and cake. The Banana Chocolate Hazelnut Muffin top was excellent. I was pretty surprised. I would recommend this menu for those who are suspicious of mystery meat MRE recommended. But it could well other snack foods.
